MACOUBA HIGHBALL RECIPE BY JOSEPH AKHAVAN
INGREDIENTS
2 dashes of Bitters J.M Piment Bondamanjak
25ml of Shrubb J.M
25ml of Fino Sherry
30ml Verjuice infused with cardamom
50ml of ginger ale
RECIPE
1. Pour ingredients directly into a highball glass filled with ice
2. Top it off with a ginger ale
3. Decorate with a thin slice of cucumber dipped in the glass, a head of mint and red fruits
