“Complement the marriage of bitterness and dryness in this finish.
The richness and fat from the exotic fruit balances the dryness at the heart of the Tequila Finish while the freshness from the fruit matches well with the freshness from its Agave notes.”
The unique expressions within the Campari Cask Tales Collection offer new routes to explore Campari
Campari’s story, beginning in 1860, is steeped in history, passion and creativity. It is here where founder Gaspare Campari invented a revolutionary liquid known for its unmistakable, vibrant red color and bitter taste – the celebrated Milanese bitter aperitif we know today.
After years of experimentation and in tribute to Gaspare Campari’s vision, Campari Cask Tales has been created. In this new collection Campari bitter has been patiently and expertly finished for around six months in carefully selected casks that have previously housed tequila, rum or bourbon.
Taking you on a journey across the globe, individual, complex profiles surface within each expression, complementing the signature taste of Campari bitter. A selection of the top notes of Campari bitter become more subtle, while new notes bring a unique twist. To discover these harmonious yet distinct flavors, enjoy neat or shaken over ice. Or – in the spirit of Gaspare Campari – use this collection as part of new creations.
