This Cask Strength Bourbon is a tribute to “Meemaw” Freeland, the beloved namesake of Freeland Spirits, who inspired founder Jill Kuehler that women can do – and be – any damn thing they want. Bottled at Cask Strength, this high-proof Bourbon allows the spice from the high rye in our mash bill to truly shine and blends a touch of the Pacific Northwest terroir with a final rest in Oregon Pinot Noir barrels.
Mashbill: 70% corn, 20% rye, 10% malted barley
Barrel: Charred American Oak
Finished for an additional 6 months in Elk Cove Pinot Noir Barrels
Aroma: Rich vanilla, caramel, and dark cocoa
Taste: Flavors of vanilla and caramel dominate, with hints of fine leather, and juicy cherry
Finish: The high proof provides a quick punch followed by a velvet smooth finish that continues to linger after each sip

The stock is constantly changing. It's not completely managed by us, as we're involved with several organizations, such as the factory and the storage. So the actual stock may alter at any time. Please be aware it's possible your order could run out of stocks once you've placed your order.
The policy is 30 days. If 30 days have gone without a trace since the purchase, unfortunately we can't offer an exchange or refund.
