45% ABV, 750ml, KōHana Rum, barrel aged, Mahai’ula Varietal
Native Hawaiian sugarcane thrived 800 years before the plantations ever existed.
Experience heirloom varieties again.
This barrel select offering is a beautiful example of how agricole rum evolves. Rested in oak barrels, the flavors soften and harmonize. The nose expresses caramel and subtle cinnamon notes. New flavors coalesce bringing vanilla, honey, and warm spices to the rich golden brown elixir. Bottled at 90 proof.
The current barrel select is made using Kea sugarcane and is two years old – all aged in American Oak.
