From Finger Lakes Distilling in upstate New York, we have the new McKenzie Bottled-in-Bond Wheated Bourbon, and it meets or exceeds the strict requirements of the Bottled-in-Bond Act: the product of a single distillery from a single distilling season, aged a minimum of four years, and bottled at 100 proof or 50% alcohol by volume. It is distilled from mash bill of local corn (70%), red winter wheat (20%), and malted barley (10%).
