38% ABV, 750 ml, Aged in barrels for 5 years.
“It presents some sweet and very light fruit flavors such as maple syrup, coffee, chocolate, vanilla, some nuts, raisins, prunes, orange, peach, quince and red fruits such as cherries and blueberries, coming from the barrels. The flavor of cooked agave lingers, along with the harmony of the lightest flavors of spices, such as cinnamon and cloves, and the subtle freshness of herbs, such as spearmint, mint, and chamomile.
In the aftertaste, it presents persistence, without losing the flavors, even after a long time of having tasted the tequila, becoming more marked the presence of the flavor of dried and red fruits, as well as sweet flavors given by the wood of the barrels, without losing the flavor of the cooked agave.”
